I'll take two pounds of catfish and one can of bamboo

I went to the chinese grocery store yesterday with Shi Lie. These are some things we saw there:

The entrance looked a little scetchy. I especially didn't like the way they just pile their garbage up behind that fence. It smelled awful.

If you want catfish you just point to the one you want and they pull it out of the tank. Also they had raw meet (chicken and pork) packed on ice open for customers to serve themselves. You just take a bag and fill it with whatever meat you want, since it's not in packages yet.

I saw this label on a bag of rice. I liked it so much I had to take a picture.

I honestly don't think I saw one spare rib, chicken ball, or egg roll in the whole place. They did have pre cooked ducks available though. Overall it was an interesting experience to go there but I don't think I'll be shopping there.
